Service

By accessing or using the RideFresh Solutions platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, partner vendors, and any other parties who access or use the Service.

The Service is intended for use by (a) active rideshare, delivery, or fleet drivers operating in the New York Metro area, and (b) licensed car wash, auto detailing, or vehicle care businesses operating within our launch markets. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and meet the applicable eligibility requirements. RideFresh Solutions reserves the right to verify eligibility and to suspend or terminate access for any user who does not qualify.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. RideFresh Solutions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Account settings or by contacting Connect@RideFresh.co.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — connecting drivers with certified vehicle care partners. You may not use the Service to engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresent your identity or driver/vendor status, interfere with platform operations, or violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws. Misuse of the platform, including abuse of driver pricing or certification status, may result in immediate account termination.

Exclusive driver pricing, credits, and perks offered through the RideFresh platform are available solely to verified, active gig economy drivers and are not transferable. Any attempt to share, resell, or misuse driver-specific offers is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension. RideFresh Solutions reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any pricing offer or perk at any time without prior notice.

Payments made through RideFresh are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. Stripe's terms and privacy practices may apply.

Pricing is shown in U.S. dollars. The checkout screen shows the service price and any applicable platform fee, processing fee, tip, credit, promotion, or tax before you confirm payment. Fees and taxes are not universal: the amount and treatment depend on the transaction, service, location, payment method, and applicable rules. RideFresh may change pricing for future transactions, but changes do not alter a transaction already confirmed.

New York Consumer Notice: Under New York General Business Law, consumers have the right to a clear refund and cancellation policy before making a purchase. The following policy applies to all transactions on the RideFresh platform:

Service Cancellation: You may cancel a booked service appointment at any time before the service begins at no charge. If you cancel after arriving at a partner location and after the service has commenced, you will be charged for any work already completed.

Refunds: If a service you paid for was not delivered (e.g., partner location closed, equipment failure), you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service date by contacting Connect@RideFresh.co.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued at RideFresh's sole discretion for services that were partially completed or where service quality fell materially below the standard advertised.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by card issuer.

Credits & Promo Codes: Platform credits and promotional codes have no cash value and are non-refundable. Unused credits expire as stated at the time of issuance.

New York Auto-Renewal Notice (N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 527): If RideFresh offers any subscription or recurring billing plan, the following disclosures apply:

• The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• You will be charged the then-current subscription rate to your payment method on file.

• You may cancel at any time before the renewal date through your Account settings or by emailing Connect@RideFresh.co.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date.

• We will send you a reminder before any automatic renewal of a subscription lasting more than one month.

As of the effective date of these Terms, RideFresh does not offer a paid subscription plan. This section will apply if and when such a plan is introduced.

Businesses that participate as RideFresh partner locations remain independent businesses and agree to the current Vendor Terms. Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, joint-venture, or partnership relationship. RideFresh does not guarantee booking volume, revenue, or other business outcomes.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact RideFresh Solutions at Connect@RideFresh.co and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve your concern within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Nassau County, New York, unless you opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing Connect@RideFresh.co with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."

Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to bring claims as a class action or in any representative capacity.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Nassau or Suffolk County, New York, if the claim qualifies.

All content on the RideFresh platform — including text, logos, graphics, page layouts, and the "RideFresh" brand name — is the property of RideFresh Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from RideFresh Solutions.

When a driver brings their vehicle to a certified partner car wash or detailing location, the vehicle is left in the care and custody of the individual vendor — not RideFresh Solutions LLC. RideFresh Solutions is not a bailee of any vehicle and assumes no responsibility or liability for loss, theft, damage, or destruction of any vehicle or personal property left inside a vehicle while at a partner location.

Each partner vendor is an independently owned and operated business that maintains its own policies regarding vehicle custody. Any dispute regarding vehicle damage or loss of personal property must be directed first to the individual vendor. RideFresh Solutions recommends that drivers remove all valuables from their vehicles before service and confirm that they carry adequate vehicle insurance coverage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RideFresh Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. RideFresh Solutions' total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

RideFresh Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date and by sending notice via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any claims not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state or federal courts located in Nassau or Suffolk County, New York.
