RideFresh Solutions is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Instacart, or any other rideshare or delivery platform. References to these platforms are made solely for the purpose of describing driver eligibility and are not intended to imply any partnership, sponsorship, or official relationship. All third-party platform names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

While RideFresh Solutions certifies partner vendors based on internal standards, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or results of any service performed by a certified partner location. Certification indicates that a vendor has met our baseline onboarding requirements at the time of certification; it is not a warranty of ongoing service quality or business practices. Disputes regarding service quality should be directed to the individual vendor first. RideFresh Solutions is not a party to the service transaction between a driver and a vendor.

Driver pricing, perk credits, promotional offers, and discount structures displayed on the RideFresh platform are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Pricing shown represents exclusive driver rates available through the RideFresh platform and may differ from public pricing at the same locations. RideFresh Solutions does not guarantee the availability of any specific pricing or offer at any particular time or location.

Nothing in these disclaimers or the operation of the RideFresh platform creates an employment, contractor, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between RideFresh Solutions and any driver, vendor, or other user. Drivers using the platform remain independent contractors of the rideshare or delivery platforms through which they operate. Vendors remain independently owned and operated businesses. RideFresh Solutions does not control the working conditions, hours, or methods of either drivers or vendors.

Any references to driver earnings improvements, ratings increases, vendor revenue growth, or other business outcomes on this platform are illustrative and not guaranteed. Individual results will vary based on factors outside RideFresh Solutions' control, including but not limited to driver activity levels, local market conditions, and vendor operational capacity. RideFresh Solutions makes no representations about specific financial outcomes for any user of the platform.

RideFresh Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by platform downtime or technical issues.

The RideFresh platform and its associated services are currently available in the New York Metro area, with an initial launch focus on Nassau and Suffolk County, Long Island. Use of the platform outside of active service areas may result in limited or no functionality. RideFresh Solutions makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in locations beyond its current launch markets.
